The SCWBC wants to be a partner with you throughout the life of your business.  Our mission is to help you become more successful, and we accomplish that by providing a business coach who will help you resolve any business issues you may face.  Each time you meet with your business coach, she will help you create a strategy for resolving your problem.  She will provide an action plan that may include actions for you to take and/or actions for the business coach to take.  Once the actions have been completed, the business coach meets with you again to determine the next steps.  In this way, the business coach partners with you to help you achieve your goals, but as the business owner, you always have the final say in any decisions that are made.
