Creating New Markets Print E-mail
Taking a close look at your current marketing, and creating new markets, new products and services, and newstrategies.

If you need to increase your sales, then you are probably trying to evaluate how effective your existing marketing strategies are and whether you can reach new customers.  You may want to enroll in one of the courses that the SCWBC offers on marketing. You will learn how to identify what makes your company stand out from all the rest, and how to capitalize on that Unique Selling Proposition.  You will learn techniques for increasing the value of your current customer base, how to back-sell and cross-sell your customers, and strategies for expanding into new customer bases without additional advertising.  These tools and techniques reflect cutting edge approaches for marketing small businesses in today’s social context.

After you have attended training, or if you want one-on-one assistance with marketing, request a consultation with a business coach to get started.  The business coach will help you pinpoint the most important considerations for your marketing and to develop a new marketing plan.  From there, she may recommend additional services with SCWBC partners who specialize in marketing and media services.  SCWBC has established relationships with reputable marketing agencies that allow us to offer the small business owner a variety of marketing services at a reduced cost.  Your business coach will help you create a marketing plan and then find a marketing agency that you are comfortable working with and that fits your budget.
