Starting and growing a business requires successful planning, marketing, operations and funds. When the business is a partnership, an additional set of both opportunities and challenges arise. Whether the partner is a spouse, sibling, or a friend, joint ownership requires skills in collaboration, joint decision making, ability to successfully resolve conflicts and a high level of openness and trust.
This workshop will help people who jointly own their business or who are contemplating joint ownership capitalize on individual strengths and establish systems and strategies to avoid the potential land mines of joint ownership. Funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration Bonnie Montgomery and Anne Sinclair are co-owners of Coaching & Consulting Solutions, a firm that consults with family businesses, professional practices and corporations.
