April 19th, Columbia, SC -- "Contracting with International Representatives; Protecting Trade Secrets"
        Instructor:  Attorney Dalhi Myers, Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd P.A.
        Half-day session on basics of contracting in overseas markets with sales representatives and others and legal remedies for preventing

April 24th, Columbia, SC -- "SC Global Business Forum"
        A full day event that will focus on target markets for S.C. companies, including China, Vietnam, Australia, NAFTA and CAFTA-DR.
        The Forum will also feature presentations on the challenges and opportunities resulting from globalization and the benefits of existing         and future Free Trade Agreements.  Sponsored by the SC International Trade Coalition.

May 7th, Savannah, GA -- "Complying with U.S. Export Controls"
        An in-depth examination of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The program will cover the information exporters need to
        know to comply with U.S. export control requirements on commercial goods and is well suited for those who need a comprehensive
        understanding of their obligations under the EAR.  Technical, policy, and enforcement professionals from the Bureau of Industry and
        Security, U.S. Department of Commerce, will instruct.
