Terms of Service:

I (we) request service from the South Carolina Women's Business Center (SCWBC). I (we) agree to provide current and financial data upon request and to comply with other reasonable requests as may be made by The South Carolina Women's Business Center during its period of service in my (our) behalf. I (we) also agree to participate in a client satisfaction survey at a later time.

Also I (we) understand that all information and data received will be classified as confidential and treated as such by The South Carolina Women's Business Center.

The Parties agree not to disclose business information or procedures, technical data, personnel and organizational data, strategic plans, manufacturing process information, product data, order and schedule information or any other such matters of the WOMEN'S BUSINESS CENTER (WBC), SOUTH CAROLINA MANUFACTURING EXTENSION PARTNERSHIP (SCMEP), Contractor, Client, or affiliate that have been identified as confidential or proprietary. Upon termination of this Agreement, Parties agree for a period of five (5) years to continue to treat such matters as confidential and proprietary and not to release such information to any other person, firm, or institution, in any form, unless upon written authorization of the owner, upon order of a competent court, upon order received from other public sources, or if known through prior or own development efforts.

I (we) understand this to be a management and technical assistance service and that no funding (dollars) will be passed on to my (our) company from The South Carolina Women's Business Center, The South Carolina Manufacturers Extension Partnership or the US Small Business Administration.

In consideration for the requested service, I (we) waive my (our) heirs and assigns to any and all claims arising from this service against The South Carolina Women's Business Center, The South Carolina Manufacturers Extension Partnership, The US Small Business Administration and/or any personnel or counselors involved in the assistance process.
